How do I download the APP?
iOS can be downloaded directly from the App Store on your Iphone or Ipad.
Android can be downloaded from the google play store on your android phone or tablet.
How much does the APP cost?
The app is at NO cost to the user.
How do I create an account?
When opening the APP for the first time you have two choices 1. Create a new account under the MyDuch logo (Recommended) 2. Login with Facebook which exports just your name and profile picture, when using Facebook be sure to add your Hebrew name and mothers name after signing up by going to Settings, About, ME.
What happens if I forget my password?
Click forget password under Username and Password.
What is the counter at the bottom of each Mitzvah?
That is a live counter across all users worldwide. This feature serves as an encouragement to be part of a global movement to hasten the coming of Moshiach.
How do I send a Duch to the Rebbe?
Click settings, send report. this will prompt your email service to generate a report which will include your Hebrew Name and Mothers name and all your data stored on this app.
What is the calendar above each Mitzvah?
This feature helps you choose from date to date counter activity to be visible on your counter.
How do I change language?
Settings, choose language. at the moment we have English and Hebrew.
Where do the donations go to?

How do I stop the notifications?
How do I add/remove a Mitzvah of my own choice?
Settings ADD/REMOVE. Remove Mitzvot at this stage will only remove non default Mitzvot i.e. your own additions.
What about Mivtza Purim, Chanukah, Pesach, Aseres Hadibors, Shofar, Lulav and or any other Mitzvah you wish to do? Can I counth them as well?
Abselutly. click add/remove Mitzvah and just enter the Mivtza you have in mind.
Does MyDuch keep my stats and personal details?
NO. The MyDuch APP only keep general statistics, NOT individual data.
